How do I book an appointment?+

Can I book same-day?+
Yes! Same-day appointments are often available with one of our 6 licensed artists. Online booking is the fastest way to check availability and confirm instantly. You can also call or text (727) 290-9479 for same-day requests.
Do you accept walk-ins?+
We do accept walk-ins when availability permits, but we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time and artist. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served and can't be guaranteed.
How do I book with a specific artist?+
When booking online, you'll be able to select your preferred artist from our team. Each artist has their own specialty — visit our Meet the Artists page to see portfolios and choose the best match for your desired look.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We deeply value our artists' time and appreciate your understanding.
Do you have a waitlist?+
If your preferred time or artist isn't available, call/text (727) 290-9479 and we'll add you to our waitlist. We often have cancellation openings and will contact you as soon as a slot opens up.

How long do lash extensions last?+
Lash extensions last through your natural lash growth cycle — typically 6 to 8 weeks total. However, most clients book fills every 2–3 weeks to keep their set looking full and fresh. Florida's heat and humidity can accelerate natural lash shedding, making proper aftercare especially important in St. Pete.
What's the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume lashes?+
Classic: One extension per natural lash — mascara-enhanced look, best for first-timers or those with naturally full lashes.

Hybrid: A mix of classic and volume techniques — textured, wispy, more dimensional than classic.

Volume: 2–8 ultra-fine fan extensions per lash — fuller, fluffier, ideal for sparse lashes.

Mega Volume: 6–16 fans per lash — maximum drama, strip-lash look with amazing retention.
How much do lash extensions cost?+
At Lash & Beauty Bar St. Pete, our lash lift and tint starts at $95. Full extension sets range from $150–$210+ depending on style. Fills are available on a structured schedule. New clients receive 15% off their first service. See our full pricing menu.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?+
Come with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup. Remove contact lenses before your appointment. Avoid oil-based skincare near your eyes for 24 hours beforehand. Avoid caffeine if possible, as it can cause eyes to flutter. That's it — we handle everything else!
Can lash extensions damage my natural lashes?+
When applied correctly by a licensed lash artist using proper isolation technique and appropriate weight, lash extensions do not damage natural lashes. Damage occurs from improper technique, overly heavy extensions, or pulling/rubbing lashes. At Lash & Beauty Bar St. Pete, we follow a health-first approach and will never apply a set that risks your natural lash health.
Can I shower with lash extensions?+
Yes — after the initial 24–48 hour curing period (or immediately if you opt for our UV lash upgrade). Avoid directing high-pressure hot water directly at your lashes, but normal showering is fine. We actually encourage daily gentle cleansing with a lash-safe foam cleanser to extend retention.
How do lash fills work?+
As your natural lashes shed, the extensions attached to them shed too. Fills replace shed extensions to keep your set looking full. We offer touch-up fills (3–9 days), 2-week fills, and 3-week fills. After 22 days, a full new set is typically required. We also offer discounted fill packages.
What is the UV lash upgrade?+
The UV lash add-on uses a UV-cured adhesive that creates a stronger, faster bond — no 24-hour wait period, no humidity sensitivity, and improved retention in Florida's climate. It's a popular upgrade for active clients, swimmers, and those who struggle with retention. Ask about it at booking.

How long does brow lamination last?+
Brow lamination typically lasts 6–8 weeks. To extend results: avoid getting brows wet for the first 24 hours, use a brow serum or clear gel to keep hairs nourished, and avoid oil-based products on the brow area. You'll likely notice a gradual return to natural brow shape as results fade.
Does microblading hurt?+
Most clients describe microblading as mild to moderate discomfort — similar to light scratching or drawing on the skin. A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to minimize discomfort. Most clients are genuinely surprised by how comfortable it is.
How long does microblading last?+
Microblading results typically last 12–18 months. Oily skin types may find results fade faster — ombré powder brows are often a better long-term option for oilier skin types. A touch-up appointment at 6 weeks is recommended to perfect the healed result.
What's the difference between microblading and ombré brows?+
Microblading uses fine hair-stroke technique to create the most natural-looking result — ideal for normal to dry skin types.

Ombré Powder Brows create a soft, shaded gradient that resembles filled-in brows — works for all skin types, especially oily skin where microblading fades faster. Ombré results also tend to last slightly longer.
How do I prepare for a PMU appointment?+
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and excessive sun exposure for 24–48 hours before your PMU appointment. Come with clean skin and no brow makeup. Don't wax or tint your brows within 2 weeks before microblading. Let your natural brows grow in as much as possible so your artist can see their natural shape.

◇Facials & Skin Treatments

How often should I get a facial?+
For most skin types, once a month is ideal — this aligns with your natural skin cell turnover cycle (approximately 28 days). If you're targeting a specific concern like acne or aging, your esthetician may recommend more frequent sessions initially. A single quarterly facial is also very beneficial for general maintenance.
What is dermaplaning?+
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation technique that uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells and fine facial hair (peach fuzz). The result is immediately smoother, more radiant skin that absorbs products better and wears makeup more beautifully. It's completely pain-free and appropriate for most skin types.
Can I wear makeup after a facial?+
We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 4–6 hours after a facial to let your freshly treated skin breathe and absorb the products applied during treatment. After dermaplaning specifically, we recommend waiting 24 hours before applying makeup.
Are facials safe during pregnancy?+
Many facial treatments are safe during pregnancy, but some ingredients and techniques (including certain chemical exfoliants and essential oils) should be avoided. Please let your esthetician know if you are pregnant or may be pregnant, and we'll customize your facial accordingly.
What is microneedling?+
Microneedling uses tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate your body's natural collagen and elastin production. It effectively reduces fine lines, improves skin texture, minimizes pores, and helps with acne scarring. Results improve over several sessions. There may be mild redness for 24–48 hours post-treatment.

How long does a Brazilian wax last?+
Results from a Brazilian wax typically last 3–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle. Regular waxing every 4–6 weeks can cause hair to grow back finer and more sparsely over time, making each appointment more comfortable and longer-lasting.
How do I prepare for a Brazilian wax?+
Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving) for the wax to grip properly. Exfoliate gently the day before your appointment. Avoid sun exposure and retinol products on the area for 48 hours beforehand. Take an OTC pain reliever 30–45 minutes before if you're concerned about discomfort.
Does waxing hurt?+
First-time waxing tends to be more uncomfortable than subsequent visits. Our licensed waxing specialists use a gentle, efficient technique that minimizes discomfort. Most clients are surprised by how quick and manageable it is — especially compared to other methods. The more consistently you wax, the easier it gets.
How long after waxing can I work out or swim?+
Wait at least 24–48 hours after waxing before swimming, saunas, or intense exercise. Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive to heat, sweat, chlorine, and bacteria. Wearing loose clothing and avoiding tight waistbands for 24 hours post-Brazilian is also recommended.

Where are you located?+
We're located at 3010 22nd Ave N, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33713. Free on-site parking is available. We're easily accessible from across the Tampa Bay area including Clearwater, Pinellas Park, and South Tampa.
What are your hours?+
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We're open 7 days a week! Same-day and evening appointments are subject to artist availability.
Do you have private rooms?+
Yes — every appointment at Lash & Beauty Bar St. Pete takes place in a private suite. There's no open salon floor here. Your appointment is one-on-one with your licensed artist in a cozy, comfortable private room designed for your relaxation.
Do you use cruelty-free products?+
Yes! We use only premium, cruelty-free, ethically sourced products throughout all of our services. Your comfort and values matter to us — and so does the planet.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?+
We do offer a Children's Facial service ($35) that can be booked alongside your own appointment — making it a perfect mommy-and-me experience! For general appointments, we ask that children are supervised and do not roam the studio out of respect for other clients enjoying their private appointments.
